Shipping Policy

Once you place an order, we confirm it with you within 24 hours, usually by phone or message. For cash-on-delivery orders in particular, a quick confirmation lets us check the address and details are right before your parcel goes out.

We prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

How long delivery takes depends on where you are:

During Eid and other peak seasons, or when weather and courier delays get in the way, delivery can run a little longer than usual. If your order is running behind, we'll keep you posted.

Every VIOR order comes with an open-parcel check. When the rider arrives, open the parcel and inspect the item before you accept and pay. Anything you are not happy with can be handed straight back at that point.

You can follow your order from the Order Tracking page on our website using your order number. If you would rather ask a person, message us and we'll check the status for you.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct and complete when you order. If the courier cannot reach you or the address turns out to be wrong, your delivery may be delayed or sent back to us, and a re-delivery may carry a courier charge.
