These terms govern your use of VIOR's website, app, and pages on social platforms, and any order you place with us. Please read them before you shop. By using VIOR or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

VIOR is an online fashion brand registered and operating in Bangladesh. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean VIOR; “you” means anyone who visits our site, buys from us, or contacts us.

You may need an account to shop with us. Keep your login details private, and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. Please provide accurate, up-to-date information when you order, as we rely on it to confirm and deliver your purchase. You must be at least 18 to buy from VIOR.

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours and detail can look slightly different from one screen to another, so the item you receive may vary a little from the images. Sizes and measurements are a guide unless we state otherwise.

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include any applicable VAT or taxes, unless we say otherwise. We may change prices at any time, though a change will not affect an order we have already confirmed. Now and then, a genuine error slips through in a price or description. If that happens, we may correct it and, where needed, cancel the affected order, even after it is placed. We will tell you before taking any money in that situation.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Our team confirms orders by phone or message, and your order is accepted only once we confirm it. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing error, if we cannot deliver to your area, or if we suspect fraud or misuse.

VIOR currently offers cash on delivery, so you pay for your order when it arrives. You can cancel before your order is dispatched by contacting us; once it is on its way, the open-parcel check at delivery is how you decide whether to keep it.

We deliver across Bangladesh, and shipping is free for now. Delivery times and details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Every order comes with an open-parcel check: open the parcel in front of the rider and inspect it before you accept and pay.

Returns and exchanges are covered by our Exchange & Return Policy, and refunds by our Refund Policy. Those pages form part of these terms, so please read them alongside this one. Getting your delivery address and phone number right is your responsibility; if they are wrong or you cannot be reached, delivery may be delayed, returned, or cancelled.

Everything on our site and platforms — including the VIOR name and logo, our product designs, photographs, text, and graphics — belongs to us or to those who license it to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it for your own purposes without our written permission. Products you buy from VIOR are for your personal use, not for resale.

If you leave a review, photo, comment, or other content, it stays yours, but you give us permission to use, display, and share it in connection with VIOR. You are responsible for what you post, and it must not break the law or infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content or close an account that misuses the site.

Please use VIOR only for lawful shopping. Do not attempt to defraud other users or us, interfere with how the site works, copy or scrape our content, or use the site in any way that could harm it or others.

How we collect and use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which follows Bangladesh's Personal Data Protection Act, 2026. By using VIOR, you also accept that policy.

Some items are limited by stock or demand, and we may cap how many of a product you can buy. We cannot promise that every item shown will be available, and we may withdraw a product at any time.

We work hard to keep the site running and to get your orders right, but we provide the site as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost time, income, or data.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes or political unrest, courier disruption, or failures of internet, power, or other utilities. Where such an event affects your order, we will let you know and put things right as soon as we reasonably can.

We may update these terms as our business or the law changes. The version on this page is the one that applies, so please check back from time to time. Continuing to use VIOR after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute relating to them or to your use of VIOR is subject to the courts of Bangladesh.
